Ms. Gallego studied Polynesian dance (hula) at age seven and went on to study ballet and modern jazz in her teens. She has a performance troupe called "Full Moon Muse" along with her partner, Marisa Cleghorn. She is also involved as a dancer with the Japanese Taiko drum-based band, "Zero Taiko Orchestra" and "Mutagen" (a video design company), producing multimedia projects for theatre and art installations through music, movement, set design, and video.
